We are looking for a full time Joinery Trainee to become a part of our ever growing successful team based at our workshops in Cornwall. The ideal candidate must have a keen interest and be eager to learn the trade. This would be the perfect opportunity for a college leaver or for someone re-starting back into the wood industry.
You will learn all aspects of joinery working alongside our experienced teams to gain hands-on, work-based skills, your training will include assisting the machining, manufacturing and fitting of joinery doors and windows for timber portable buildings. The right candidate will have a very long future with our company. You will be required to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4.30pm

Skilled/Semi Skilled Carpenter/Joiner
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company. A family run company with over fifty years of experience in the timber manufacturing industry. We are looking for a skilled/semi skilled carpenter/joiner who can produce and fit joinery timber windows & doors for an extensive range of timber portable buildings in our workshops based in Cornwall.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in traditional joinery manufacture. The role is hands on which requires the manufacturing process from start to finish, sometimes to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high standard of craftsmanship work, have a creative mind, a keen eye for detail, and take great pride in the work they do.
You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, able to communicate and interact positively with others. You should have experience in following drawings & written instructions, and be competent with woodworking machinery and hand tools. The position is long term, with opportunities to develop and progress within the company. You will be required to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4.30pm
